Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on all orders to the United States. We currently ship to US addresses only.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get an email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days of shipping. Our products ship from partner warehouses, so if you order more than one item they may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Holiday orders

Carriers are busier in November and December, and deliveries can take longer than usual. If you're buying a gift or a seasonal item, such as an advent calendar, please order early.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package. Tracking can take a few days to update after the label is created.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We can update the address only before the order ships.

Delayed, lost or stolen packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, or tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, contact us and we'll look into it. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or a refund. If tracking shows your package was delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then get in touch.
